Preschool

Hi I am Taylor Simmons. I have graduated from Pre Service Fire Fighting Education and Training program with my Ontario Fire Certificate. I have also graduated from Limestone Learning Center with my Personal Attendant Certificate. As children learn more about their world they are also teaching me new things each and every day. Working with children is an unbelievably rewarding job as you see them grow and learn new things with such joy on their faces. When I am not at An Apple A Daycare, I spend my time as a Volunteer Fire Fighter with South Frontenac Fire and Rescue. I enjoy the outdoors, four wheeling, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting and spending time with my family.

Chantelle Todd

Preschool

Hi my name is Chantelle Todd and I received my Honours Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology from Trent University in 2007 and in 2010 graduated from Loyalist College as a Developmental Services Worker. I have experience working with children ranging from infants to 10 years of age, as well as children with various special needs. One of my favorite quotes comes from Fred Rogers who said

“When we treat children's play as seriously as it deserves, we are helping them feel the joy that's to be found in the creative spirit. It's the things we play with and the people who help us play that make a great difference in our lives.”
