Hi, I’m Betty Read and I am thrilled to be the Supervisor at An Apple A Daycare. I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator and have been working in the child care field since 1978. My passion is to make a difference in the lives of children and families. The Early Years play an integral role in the growth and development of every individual. On Saturdays you will find me at Garage sales, or in the Thrift stores looking for some bargains to bring for the children to explore.

“If parents (teachers) want to give their children a gift, the best thing they can do is teach their children to love challenges, be intrigued by mistakes, enjoy effort, and keep on learning. That way, their children don’t have to be slaves of praise. They will have a lifelong way to build and repair their own confidence” - Carol S. Dweck
